CEBEM frequently participates in competitions for consultancies, and direct calls by mass or state organizations. There have been evaluations of projects, evaluations of national and international programs, institutional evaluations, the formulation of studies, plans and programs, always in the field of CEBEM’s specialty – the social sciences. At the same time, it has the capacities to design management systems in territorial and sectoral areas such as health.
For these consultancies and studies CEBEM relies upon individuals from within the organization as well as ad hoc teams that are formed in function of the topic or place of the study. To do so, CEBEM sustains a policy of alliances with other institutions with which it resolves the petitions for consultancies when necessary.
Consultancies
Our multidisciplinary team has experience in different diagnostic jobs, project design, evaluations and construction of innovative methodological systems for the design of public policies. Our work experience with different cooperation agencies and with the national, regional and local public sector has generated the human capital to undertake interventions in different areas of development.
Training
CEBEM organizes in-person training with diverse social actors in areas related to development, instruments of territorial management and methodological processes. We work with municipalities, departmental governments and mass organizations, reflecting upon the diverse aspects of development. By innovating in pedagogical processes and using the potentiality of Information and Communication Technology (IT) we have ample activities for training and professional upgrading through the internet. We develop alliances with academic centres with high level professionals to take on the development of courses in environment, territorial development, educational processes, management themes, woodland issues and the development of methodologies for social transformation.
We have ample experience in the design and structuring of educational programs in higher education within the social sciences.

Through the latest information and communication technology we offer services to different institutions in the development of intelligent platforms, information management systems, knowledge management systems, and diverse tools to work in collaborative networks.
Documentation Services
We possess a virtual documentation center as well as a physical center that are made up of a significant collection of titles related to different areas of development knowledge .
